What is the contest about?
'Alvah Meets' is a series of artwork that involves a crossover of the Alvah universe and one other. Often, this leads to Alvah interacting with some interesting characters. 
Here are a few examples:
    

What's required in an entry?
I'd love to see Alvah crossover with all kinds of franchises and canons, the trouble is I only know and love so many; That's where you come in! 
Simply take Alvah (and his friends if you like) and have him (or them) in a crossover drawing with one other universe.
Then just upload it to your gallery and add Alvah-and-friends on the description.

So someone wanted to know more about Alvah in terns of personality and such. And since It was such an nice gesture, I thought I'd post some general info about him on this journal.
Personality: 
He is often quite the serious type. In times when everyone is goofing off or running around, he has a hard time either fitting in or making sense of all the madness.
Fears:
His biggest fear is failure in combat. When losing, he feels he has let down his friends, family, even himself, which carries a terrible burden on him.
Loves:
Freinds and family, obviously he holds close to his heart. He's also keen on medieval history (as it reminds him of his time back at home) and fast food. The more calories he can burn, the better.
Hates:
His biggest hatred (and many would consider rivalry) is of the Dark Lordess Leah. He feels she's responsible for his sudden jump in time. And he hates big birds (ostriches, emus etc.)
Other information (that you might find helpful or interesting):
As a Cinquefoil, he is not that big a character (roughly the same size of two human heads) but his strength and speed are greater than any Human being. He can run at a maximum speed of 88mph and can lift nearly a thousand pounds (off the ground, at least) His strength and speed combined means he can leap from large buildings with ease.

Rules:
1: You can crossover with anything you like. Your OCs, Your friend's OCs, a canon franchise , there's no limit. Just don't go overboard with the number of universes to crossover.
2: You can use as many of my other OC's as you like, just be sure to use Alvah first and foremost.
3: I'll accept any drawing format; sketch, lineart, flat colour or fully shaded with background.
4: let's keep it clean. I don't mind a little bit of blood if there's a fight, or a bit of making out between characters, but please, no extreme gore or full on porn.
5: Have fun! You can make as many entries as you like.

Each deviant who makes an entry will also have one of their OCs at random sketched out for one big Sketchdump

Deadline is Wednesday 30th September
(with only two entrants, I've decided to expand the deadline to get another one at least)
